Warrenville, Ill. — National Express Corporation, the parent company of leading student transportation providers Durham School Services and Stock Transportation, is pleased to announce the appointment of Charlie Bruce as chief operating officer. In this newly created role, Charlie will be responsible for overseeing all North American operations.
Charlie joins NEC with a wealth of experience in the student transportation industry, most recently serving as the chief operating officer for First Student; First Group America’s student transportation division. Prior to that role, he served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for First Student. Charlie also worked in senior roles for Ruan Transportation and Ryder Systems.
