New Executives Join National Express Corporation Leadership Team

Warrenville, Ill. — National Express Corporation welcomed new executives to their leadership team in January, including John Harvey as chief financial officer, Timothy Canavan as senior vice president of maintenance, Timothy Walter as senior vice president of safety, and Kim Worster as vice president of operations for Canada.
“All four of these executives have a proven track record of successful leadership,” said John Elliott, chief executive officer, National Express Corporation. “Their combined experience and expertise will help us continue to build the finest transportation organization in North America.”
John Harvey, chief financial officer, comes to NEC with over ten years of financial leadership experience. He is a certified public accountant with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Texas. John will be based in Warrenville, Ill.
Timothy Canavan, senior vice president of maintenance comes to NEC with over 25 years of fleet operations and maintenance experience. Timothy will lead NEC’s maintenance team across North America and will be based in Warrenville, Ill.
Timothy Walter, senior vice president of safety, comes to NEC with over 25 years of safety experience in various industries. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and has a master’s degree in industrial health from the University of Michigan. Timothy will be charged with leading NEC’s safety team and safety efforts across North America; he will be based in Warrenville, Ill.
Kim Worster, vice president of operations for Canada, will be responsible for overseeing all operations in Ontario and Nova Scotia for Stock Transportation. Kim has served in various roles throughout NEC and was previously chief financial officer of Northstar Passenger Services until it was acquired by Stock Transportation in 2005. She will be based in Aurora, Ontario.
